Guys

Anyone have experience with the BM10 mini cellphone, as an alternative to carrying a relatively heavy, large. desirable for theft smartphone whilst cycling, running etc?

As in ease of use, quality of call, strength of signal reception etc..

Useful tool or cheap toy..?

There are some serious spelling mistakes in the description for that phone.

If you just want a phone to be able to make a call in an emergency, or send an SMS, then walk into any Pep Stores branch and buy their cheapest basic phone.

Prices start at R79...

I have one that I've been using for the past couple of months to take with as an emergency phone in races. Haven't had to use it in a race yet, but from just trying it out it works well. It can send text messages, but the small keyboard makes that tricky. For calls it's perfect though.
