Any Ideas to upgrade Silverback Sola 4?

Current Groupset 8x3.

Tight budget.

Willing to spend betw R1000 and R2000.

Want to improve on my climbing and handling.

 

Allready tubeless.

The best upgrade you can make to that bike is the fork, but you'll need to budget a bit more than that.

 

Bar and stem combo will make a decent difference as well, Lyne Components do some very reasonably priced options. You may need to replace some cables and hoses as part of the upgrade though, so keep that in your budget. Wider bar and shorter stem will improve handling quite drastically.

 

Better tyres are also a decent option, but assume you've done that already as part of the tubeless conversion.

 

Groupset and brakes - ride them till they fall off and replace with something better when you have to replace anyway.
