Recommendations for the best flow trails in the Cape

Good day everyone,

I really enjoy well linked flow trails. I have ridden some sections in different trails that i remember as smooth and where the turns and sections flow really well. 

I would like to hear everyone's recommendations for their favorite flow trails. Please also add the grading (if you can remember).
