GFishy Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 I did sit down and cry!!! My mate was a white as a ghost when it happened. Would be my ex friend now. If it is ex-friend then the friendship wasn't worth much. Yes, you'll be pissed but when you have your new bike you'll laugh over this!

AndreZA Posted June 30, 2008 Posted June 30, 2008 The excess should atleast be covered by him. It was not your fault so you should not be liable for the cost. In the long run you are paying as your insurance will go up beacause you claimed.
