Ciovita has their store rides on Wednesdays, they're in Woodstock but go through Town, Check out their social media pages where they post the details. Another option is the East City Cycles shop ride on Friday mornings, They leave from their store to top of Llandudno and back, the pace is manageable if you're fairly fit, With spring approaching, again depending on your fitness level,  ECC also have what they call "Tap out Tuesdays", which generally averages over 32km/h which leaves the shop in Town, Goes through Sea Point, up and over Llanduno to the top of Chappies and back the same way up Suikerbossie, through Sea Point and back to the store.
