My MTB used to travel in the back of the bakkie and with the correct number of straps and padding the 4x4 tracks caused little problems. Enter our little baby and the space in the back of the bakkie is now occupied with various child related amenities. The trailer has a roof top tent and the bakkie roof is to high. My question: Can anyone recommend a product/solution for traveling with 1/2 MTB's over rough terrain given the above.

I like it...I have the tailgate protector pad and lifted it after not checking for a long time..the tailgate panel on the outside has been dented by front forks banning around against it!!
