Have anyone tried the 7 day fat loss bootcamp by graeme street from cyclo-club.

If so has it worked at all, meaning did you get fitter, leaner in 7 days and boost your metabolism or is it all just hogwash ?

I do not know about this bootcamp but just saw i lost 2 dress sizes from 50 down to 46!!!!!!!

And this just from cycling since January and not having dinner

I doubt if skipping dinner is such a good thing in the long run. maybe eat early in the evening and eat less than you are used to. makes more sense.

Good topic. I myself have a good couple of thousand beers to work off. Most of it is the good ol beergut, but it still has to go.

So, how do I lose the beergut while only riding once or twice on weekends, working 12 - 20 hour days, sitting on my ass all the time, eating junk food since it's all there is? Oh, and don't even THINK of telling me to drink my beer. I need it, and it needs me Big%20smile

Beer is your friend, if you can stop eating but keep drinking beer.

on a more serious notel, i too have to drop about 10kg of fat from my body so i would like to know if anyone has tried this bootcamp thing ?

Haven't tried it, heard of it... as far as i know, you work more towards 30 days, and the relative guidline of weight loss is 3-7pounds which is just 1.5-3 or so kg's. Personally I wouldn't recomend one of these 'fad' programs, but rather consult a proffesional...
