Kickr repairs

Hi folks, I have a Gen 1 Kickr trainer that seems to have gone to sleep. I can't get it to come on and iKhambi Distribution who handle the repairs tell me that they no longer support the Gen 1. Just wondering if there might be anyone in Durbs who could check it out for me. Sani 2 Sea non-stop looming and weather's not conducive to training!

Maybe another option ? If the going to sleep might mean , dead due to power surge , any technician can give you a damage report for you to claim from your insurance. Might help to cover some costs of a new Kickr Snap 1 ?
