Impressive online service from CWCYCLES

Just have to share how impressed I am with cwcycles' online service using LiveChat.

I recently bought a Marvel Pro 900 Lumen light.
For the short duration the battery was pre-charged out of the box, the light worked great.

Had trouble to charge the battery (we later determined it was a faulty charger).
I contacted support via LiveChat, just love it how I could "chat" with somebody online in real time even after hours.
Believe LiveChat keep track of my correspondence.
After a few days we managed to resolve my issue.

Live chat has become quite common and is really a great addition to online services.

Some sites still relay very standard responses rather than specifically addressing the question/issue which can be very frustrating.!

Well done to CWC for getting it right in this instance.
