American Wide Lightning Rims

I have these in 29" on my MTB. Most of my riding is a mix of tar and gravel with the occasional venture into the Baakens Valley.

Would I be able to fit gravel tyres to these rims? I should get better mileage from the tyres (I hope)

They are 30mm internal rims, so I suggest that you put 45'ish mm tyres on there.
