How did the guy manage to reverse the funds from your account. If that was at all possible he would have had to work inside the bank which has security measures in place to safe guard their clients against fraud like that. Did he not send you a phony POP?

Did you open a case with SAPS?

How is your investigation going? If it was indeed someone in the bank who did the reversal, it should be easy to find out who. Their systems record employee ID's on everything that everyone is doing.

 

If not a bank employee and a fake POP was sent, do you still have all the emails, messages and such?
