Most top Track cyclists I have seen use the Keo Carbon, because of the fact that you can set the release tension up to 18NM....which is LOADS!!

He is building up a new Yeti 575 after his was stolen a couple of weeks ago.

Dirtbreath Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Right, so I got my 20 degree cleats. I have found the 15 degrees to pop out when negotiating some tricky rocky sections. The 20 degrees have made a huge difference. No more popping out. I originally found these pedals to lack slightly on the performance of my Time Atacs. These Looks perform as well with this little tweek. The downside is the cost. At R205.00 I think it is bit steep to "adjust" your pedals.
