Looking for a Shim

Hi guys,

Does anyone know where I can find a reasonably priced 27.2mm to 31.8mm shim locally? 

I’ve only found this shim locally but it’s R575 after VAT and shipping.

Does anyone know of any alternatives?

31.8mm is an unusual seatpost diameter.

What bike do you have ?

It’s actually to clamp a cannondale stoker stem to the Captain’s seat post. 

I stumbled across that shim as well, and it appears I’ve incorrectly measured the stem’s diameter so it should actually be perfect!

Besides, I think the stem should be able to take up the .2 mm difference without slipping, if need be.
