Saw a cyclist lying on the road with somebody assisting him around 17H30.  Got the impression he was hit by a car.  

This was on the corner of Cliffendale and Tipperary in Faerie Glen. Just past Atterbury Road close to Hotspot.

Anybody knows if the guy is OK.
