I'm 193 on size L with the seat pushed all the way forward and 15mm of headset spacers. I think the long seatpost extension adds further comfort and compliance, but I might just be parroting popular opinion. It does make the setup looks awesomely aggressive though!

I am also 189cm or 6'2"

Had many Giant road bikes in the past (6)

Their XL has always been too big for me. Result was saddle all the way forward - Just have a look at Peak Torque from YouTube saddle position on his Giant bikes... 😬

On the other hand on their size Large I ended up with a huge amount of spacers under the stem and excessive seat post length 

Currently on 60cm bikes (both Trek Madone and old rim brake Supersix). The geometry on theses bikes is just more in proportion to taller riders in my opinion.
