Bianchi L'Una 105mm Bottom bracket

Hi all.

My, I think, 2006 Bianchi needs a bottom bracket. It is rocking as I'm pedalling.

My LBS who were not so cooperative said it is a narrow 105mm Italian thread. 

I would appreciate any help or referral.
