I saw a tandem go down on Chappies descent ... young kid on the back looked really bad .. his helmet had come off... would like to know that he was ok? anybody heard anything

Hi I have a set of Mavic R-Sys on one of my bikes .. with Campy Freebody ….so you can definitely get for Campy. I can supply a Centaur 11sp RD which will be reasonably priced , but you will either have to live with not so great shifting or replace the body of your RHS Ergo..

Hi If you only press individual clicks ...it should only click one at a time ...if it shifts multiple sprockets then it is likely your g-springs are worn or one might be broken...these can be replaced.

I stay just behind the Firestation next to Multichoice ...Hook up with the Engen guys at M/choice around 5ish and then cut back via Republic afterwards. So that should fit in with your location as well

I joined the Lab for the simple reason ...I can choose the pace I want to ride on the day and it works for me. The Saturday rides are well organised , they also arrange public holiday rides and twice a year the Sun City ride which is awesome. You will get many conflicting opinions of the Lab.....but in the end it is what you make of it.
