Kickr v5 repairs or spares

Hi guys

 

My Kickr v5 recently just stopped working, no lights on the trainer even though power supply is fine. Can't pick up the trainer anymore.  Does anyone know where I can possibly get it repaired as it is no longer under warranty (it's about 2 1/2 years old) or does anyone perhaps have a v5 lying around that also isn't working?

I have. Unfortunately I don't have the original receipt as it was given to me as a gift. Also, it's over 2 years old.

I've also contacted that guy, he can assist if it's a power supply related issue, which this is not  😞

a while back a friend had a problem with a Kickr, the wire that goes into the mail board was damaged, he just resoldered the wire onto the board, and it worked well after that. worth a shot if you are willing to open the side.
