I recently bought a merida ninety six rc xt  bike 1x12 full xt, the bike went back for the follow-up service, I did the trailseeker this weekend and for about 50km felt like i was just grinding my gears, i realized that the triger shifter is loose the little turning thing on the shifter is loose the gears are completely out. I feel like big bike shops just doesnt make sure everything is tightend and done like it should be. Your a number in and out as fast as posible.

 

Looking for a good mechanic to go over and set gears check shifter and and 

 

Any recommendations in Pretoria east please.
