Tyre clearance on a 2021 Spark 900?

Can I fit a 30mm rim with a 2.35" tyre on a 2021 Spark 900?

Building up a bike and not sure what the tire clearance is on the frame, seems very tight on the seat stays.

30mm external? I currently have a 2021 Spark (building up) and it has the Syncros Silverton 2.5 wheelset with an external of 29mm with a 2.20 icon. There's enough space to go 2.35 in my opinion just be sure to dish the rear wheel to the non-drive side (probably around 3-4mm)
