I'm keen to do the Magalies Adventure 15-17 Aug but all my mates are doing the Urban Assault due to sponsor commitments...

I'm keen to go hard but not silly - in roadie terms about a 3hour/100km pace. For the mountain bikers - middle 20's in km/hour.
