Scott 960 color code

Hi. I have a 2021 scott spark 960.it's matte grey and has a deep scratch. I want to do a repair but need the color code. I tried reaching out to Scott but no response.

Good luck with this. I'm trying to find out from Scott why taking more than two months to sort out a warranty claim and not getting response.

Yeah still no response. I actually managed to get it matched. Bike is like new now.

Buddy had a couple of issues on Scott, integrated shock model.

 

Shops reached out, and claims were resolved 

 

 

The frustrating part .... regularly it would come back with a new issue ... just lack of QC at the shops

Take it to an auto paint shop they tend to be able to give a veery close colour
