Hi, does anyone have a contact of someone who can service a wahoo kickr in cape town, v4 just started making a clicking noise

One benefit of Elite trainers is having the distributor/service facility available in CTN.

Wahoo distributor is known to be very supportive but based in JHB.

Keep us posted on your experience with Knipe.

True yes, they did offer a discount on a new unit but yeah, even with a % discount it's still a lot of cash.

That seems to the operating model of a number of distributors ... no repair facility but will offer you a discounted replacement instead.

Alternative should Knipe not be able to assist but unfortunately also JHB based:

CE Cycles (Tokai) was the preferred Elite service centre before the change in distributor.

Perhaps they can assist with Wahoo.

@Gruffalo , sorry, yes, Knipe Racing msgd me yesterday to say that my kickr is ready for collection.  I haven't received an email yet but will ask abiut the details when i collect. 

so looks like knipe racing guys are the go to for wahoo kickr maintenance 😆
