Hi Guys. anyone had this issue before? - Received an e mail from Cycle Lab on specials. Went online, ordered  and got notified after three days that there is no stock on this item and gave me alternatives which I am not interested in, and offered a refund. - Won't do this again. Just saying 🙁

I only use cycle lab in store and when they feel generous and put money in my cycle wallet.. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣 I’ll get bombs and tubes, gels, little things

Its a common issue with the lab.

Items are mislabelled so the system shows as having stock - but when you find the goods 9 times out of 10 the label is correct, the item is just not what the label says it is.

this is the case with more in depth items like BB's where there are many standards and sizes - so someone who does not know better makes mistakes when uploading them to their system.

i always call ahead and ask them to physically check the stock is correct before i buy

Suppose to call and check stock is the right thing to do, but when life gets busy It is mission to do so would rather not shop these deals online.
