Cape Town mountain bike groups and clubs

I’m looking to join and do a number of mountain bike rides in the Cape Town region. Are there any mountain bike clubs or groups that post their MTB / Gravel rides around Cape Town? 
 

I’d be very grateful for information. 

I’m trying to get a hold of the Cape Town mountain Bike Club but I’m not sure if they’re still exist

Can anyone tell me of the Table Mountain bike club exists? How does one contact them?

DM me - I used to ride with them when on the town side of CT. Very cool group of peeps - coffee ride group (me) and the King of the Hill groups.
