In 2026, the Beast of Loskop enters its next chapter as a proud part of the Gauteng Gravel Series. After five years as one of South Africa’s most loved gravel rides, this iconic event now delivers a full race experience for riders ready to test themselves against the route, the clock, and the competition.

For the first time, the route will offer two distances, starting in Bapsfontein and Bronkhorstspruit, for the various age categories. Finishing in Loskop, this classic A–B gravel route serves up everything Gauteng gravel is known for: demanding climbs, fast open roads, relentless rhythm, and big skies. It’s a course that rewards strength, smart racing, and grit.
