Can anyone recommend or comment on a carbon repair job to a damaged MTB headset internal bearing area? I imagine this is a delicate area that requires a fair bit of experience and expertise.

CBR in Durbanville did an excellent job for me on a Trek a couple of years ago. The lower integrated bearing cup developed a crack. I did claim from insurance for it so not sure what it cost.

Did the repair last? No further issues?
