Bicyclepartsza is launching a basic mobile bicycle tune-up service from 1 March 2026.

Service areas:
Menlyn, Atterbury, Lynnwood, Hatfield, Arcadia, Brooklyn, Waterkloof, Pretoria East, Pretoria North, Centurion, Silver Lakes, Garsfontein, Moreleta Park, Wapadrand, Faerie Glen, and surrounding areas.

Who it’s for:
Daily commuters, weekend riders, and casual cyclists
Anyone who wants a bike ride-ready without going to a workshop
Riders who need quick maintenance at home, work, or trails

Service includes (basic only):
-Full bicycle safety check
-Brake adjustment
-Gear adjustment
-Drivetrain check & lubrication
-General setup and minor adjustments

Bicycle build / assembly

Optional add-on services:
-Wheel truing (spoke tension & alignment)
-Pedal or cleat installation
-Accessory installation (lights, racks, bottle cages)

Tubeless / Fit Tube services:
-Check and top-up sealant
-Tubeless wheel inspection
-Tubeless wheel truing

Estimated tune-up time per bike:
-Basic service: 45–60 minutes
-With add-ons: 1–2 hours depending on complexity
-Recommended maintenance frequency:
-Basic tune-up: every 3–4 months or 500–800 km
-Drivetrain cleaning & lubrication: monthly for frequent riders
-Tubeless / Fit Tube sealant check & top-up: every 3–6 months
