Garmin watch replacement discounts

Can anyone give me an idea on how much of a discount you got with Garmin after sending your unit in once the batteries started going?

I believe it to be 30%.

My daughter sent in her old vivoactive 4S with battery issues and they've offered a Venu 3S for R3080 (excl shipping) and they retail for about R7800

I think it depends on what obsolete or soon to be obsolete models they have in stock

My Garmin Fenix 6 was not holding a charge. Took it to Garmin they confirmed there was a battery issue and offered me a new Fenix 8 for around R7,800. Around a 70% discount I think.
