What’s it worth? New e-bike

Starting my dentistry practice and was thinking of “upgrading” to an e-bike when I saw this beauty at a restaurant in France! What’s more expensive than electricity - petrol? So I have a few questions:

- What I should  offer the owner?

- Will I be allowed to ride the Greenbelts on it? I mean technically it has pedals.

- Which is the best shop to get it serviced at?

- Any suggestions on how to ship it back to Cape Town?
