Tacx training app

The Tacx training app keeps saying activity paused when I try to do a workout and I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps suggested by Garmin , any suggestions or any contact for a Tacx smart bike besides Garmin

Sorry can’t help, I solved the problem by ditching the Tacx app and going all in on Trainingpeaks with TPvirtual. #happinissis

I had a different issue with it a while ago but deleting and reinstalling the app seems to have fixed it. I'm assuming you would have done this though.

Yes I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app , another issue is I feel no resistance when I want to do a ride without using the app , could the two issues be related

Tac Training App appears to be very sensitive to the bluetooth version your laptop or desktop is running as well as graphics and OS versions. Make sure you're upto date with drivers. this is especilly problematic with older machines now running Win11.
