Servicing Cannondale head shock

Hi

 

I bought a cannondale f700 second hand a few months ago. I now want to service the head shock. I was just wondering where to get all the necessary stuff, seals oil, bearings etc. Most bike shops don't seem to stock them.

 

I have a friend who has serviced his head shock a number of times who will help me with the actual servicing.
