Wheel Problem !!

[DRIVETRAIN]

Training wheels-AlexR500 -- my back wheel every so often goes out of true - I had it done recently & the following day during my ride home it felt as if my legs were heavy - yet the wheel went true-less & rubbed against the brake blocks --

 

These are training wheels only & not the best but why does it do that ?? Its very frustrating & I don't want to use my racing wheels etc... !!!!

 

any advice / suggestions -- throw it away or ?????????
