bored girl Posted September 2, 2008 Share Look guys there are a few things that just say amateur/girl to me and they are as follows ranked in importance:- 1) Compact or triple chainring on a roadbike (unless you're riding the Etape ....)2) Camelback on a roadbike or on an MTB for a 2 hour or less ride ......3) MTB shoes on a roadbike (where you gonna get off and walk huh?)4) Bar ends on a riser bar (sorry HR but it just looks dumb!) And no I am not reading any technical discussions of why any of these are 'ok' ........ Phew at least I know where I stand now..... 1) I ride FSA compacts.....not by choice it just so happened. Do I feel a difference? Um.....next question.....2) That's just wrong as the dude in the open cat at Zoo Lake very well proved3) I did that for a while before I got my bling blings. No buxx and donated spds were the reason not that I was planning on walking 4) Yes I agree.....a good thing I CAN'T use raiser bars cos I love my bar ends. And to make it even more sad these only seem to come in raiser.... Looked stunning on that Nikolai in Mountain biker.....together with those rims.....drool....
