Dura Ace Groupset + wheels = R24000. take of 50% depreciation = R12K So R24k for excellent condition is an excellent price to pay. If there is desparation factors to consider then start the offer at R18K. Recently DesmonAllie bought a frame for R7K 2nd hand. That was a geluk and not the going rate.
