Nancy Drew Posted September 14, 2008 Share So about a month ago my front suspension 'lost' all of it's pressure. Northcliff Cycles replaced a valve, suggesting that there was a leak due to the bent valve.. they did make me aware that this could be a quick fix and if this didn't work I would have to have the shock serviced. needless to say, on my ride yesterday, I had no pressure in the shock and could hear it 'knocking' at the bottom. so a few questions: who do I take it to for a service? how long would such a service take? what would the cost be of such a service? Any advice/suggestions welcome
Mudsimus Posted September 14, 2008 Share If they send it to the agents, wich I reccomend, It will take about 3-5 days. Those forks are very easy to service. Any bike shop can do it, but if seals needs to be replaced its better to send it to the agents. This way, if there is any warranty issues they can sort it out aswell.
