markStockton Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 My wife bought a Thule towbar attached bike mount about 18 month's ago. This weekend we couldn't use it as the attachment bolts had worn out and possibly stripped (I didn't look at the problem that closely). She just popped into the Woodmead show room. They didn't have the spares in stock, so they stripped the parts off a complete sales unit. To top it all off they didn't charge her for it either. Well done guy's.

Would also be great to hear from a Thule rep to see if he/she could suggest what we would need to replace and the intervals, obviously for non mechanical engineers.
