Ok - i've got a training blog/group thingy on facebook.

 

To make it a little more interesting and try get a few more members i've decided to host a competition. Snap a pic of me training out on the roads and post it. End of each month will be a lucky draw between all the photo entries and there will be mystery prizes.

a can of coke? thats like almost 1/2 a key... thats a lot of coke to give away
