Very nice but pricey.  I don't think there is a agent.  If price is noy a problem, look at Trek or Cannondale.  I think Trek does a carbon tandem

I once worked on a Santana's rear wheel and was surprised to see that they've now adopted a 160mm OLD (over locknut dimension) on their hubs. This is 15mm wider than today's tandems. It is good news, making the rear wheel both stronger and more durable. It was a Shimano hub, so I presume other tandem companies also have the option of going 160.
