hi there

94,7 is fairly easy, last year i had been riding for 5 months when i did it  and managed a 3:04 min. so you can definitely do it in four hours. on the magazine they give you so have some time references depending on what time you want to achieve, follow those!

1) Pull in at the start

2) When the start signal is given, pedal

3) When someone hands u a medal at the end - stop peddling

On a serious note:

Make sure u have a carb rich meal the nigh before. For breakfast, eat what has worked for you for other races/training. Feed during the ride. I think u have enough energy on board for about 1h40m - so u need to fuel during the ride to keep the engine turning over.

When u get to the n14 - be prepared for some wind, and a longish uphill drag from the bottom of the hill just past the garage.

Also depending on your start time, be careful of the slower riders who have a tendancy to weave.

Anyway enjoy the race - I am looking forward to a lekka beer at the end.

firstly I want to wish you best of luck!

you will prob be short of air but forget that.

Even if  you don't reach your goal (Which im sure you will, depending on your fitness level), Just have fun

Floor it on the first bit and save energy for krugersdorp highway at the end.

shouldnt change much of your food/drink intake of that you have used for training but go through about 1 bottle of energy drink every hour (I sip every 5 minutes) and have 1 energy bar/hour

GOOD LUCK!!!

see you at the finish line (if I get there :P)
