Slave Posted January 10, 2011 Share Yes Buffwhack. The meeting place is at "Xumbugs" corner Swartkoppies Road and Klip River Road. The groups leave there from 7 am every weekend. Faster group leaves first. Slower group leaves a minute or two later. Depending on where you come from, you can park at Panorama Shopping centre In Klip River Road, or at Rietvlei nursery (used to be the Zoo farm)in Swarkoppies road. The Cycle Hub is there now. Slave Posted January 11, 2011 Share Kid, you have experience with Vitamins. You would know if it helps the sinusitis or not. Have a good long swim and all the water in the nose might help to clear out all the gunk. Especially when you swim in the ocean. But, I am always willing to experiment. Cyclewizz Posted January 11, 2011 Share Ocean is a bit far, even though that would be the best thing for my sinuses.Maybe what I should have done is drive down to the sea have a few swims so all the gunk is gone & then come back.Would have sorted the problem a lot quicker.
