Didn't expect to see you at a triathlon event.

My Kid finished just behind you.

You were out of the water way sooner than he was but he made up some time on the cycle and left for the run just behind you.

 

GO, I need to do a proper ride on Saturday as I wasn't going to ride on Sunday. The GT needed to come out for some fresh air as I'll probably be using it for the 94.7. I did 98km on Saturday

I think I made the correct choise from what I hear Trubie thought he was LA in his Astana kit and you don't need any introduction.

While I am focussing on catching and passing my other bud, the kid will be making inroads on my head start and may be passing me somewhere around the 3/4 mark.

I've already told you that if I catch you at the 94.7, you better join your closest BOWLS club!!!

The real question is can you catch Trubie at the 94.7 ???

Did a tough Session in Midvaal Racecourse tonight and the boys were hammering it.

 

We did the last 15km at 34.8km/h in this wind with a sprint on every lap (6 laps)

 

I was just hanging on and hoping for the end

Slave is doing the short loop on Saturday.

 

You need to push Slave a little he's a lot faster than he makes out to be. Do one or two sprints at around 52km and you'll see Slave will really come out of his shell.

I can only manage 52 down Camaro. When I don't have to pedal.

 

Predictor. I am not sure I will be riding on Sat. I prepped my bike last night after my ride and fixed the hybrid to ride for the rest of the week. Also may commute on Friday and if I do, will rest out on Saturday.

 

If I am at Xumbugs on Sat, I will be easy to spot as the only ponce on a hybrid. Def not going to be chasing any land speed records on that. I think I managed to get it to 45 down butchers a while back.

Predictor, don't listen to Slave, like I said he is a lot faster than he says.

You'll see on Saturday if he's there, he'll go straight to the front even on his Hybrid to set the pace.

Take a carrot along and dangle it infront of Slave you'll see him GO!!!
