Tachymeter Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 If you atart with the main bunch at 7 we normally break up in smaller bunches at the first climb just past Lido Hotel. I normally drop off the back and then carry on straight when the "pro" bunch turn right at the bottom of the hill. I will then join them again when they join the old vereeniging road about 3 km up the road. GO are you going to ride on the weekend, I read that you have other plans. Sad not no see Slaves blue bike for a couple of weeks. Hope the bike isn't damaged to badly? See you guys on the weekend!

DomJBo Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Went past the hospital to visit slave. He isn't feeling any pain but they starting him on a 2 hourly dose of morphine. Bike is ping, scratched and fork slightly stuffed according to Mrs Slave.   Trubie how many Kms is that? Sounds good so far
Andyr249 Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Should we rather ride for time than distance? With the ride that was going to happen with Slave it was going to take us about 4 hours minimum. Maybe we do about 1.5 to 2 hours out and then turn around?
