Zeps Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 So 24 hours later and I have the license in my grubby paws, well done @Cycling_SA
Guest agteros Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 So 24 hours later and I have the license in my grubby paws, well done @Cycling_SA For all the critique directed at them, they are actually not doing a bad job. Maybe a bit expensive for a full licence, but not bad at all! Mine was pretty painless as well, took a bit longer, but then I was one of the first people using the new system (end Nov/beginning Dec)
Cyclewizz Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 So 24 hours later and I have the license in my grubby paws, well done @Cycling_SA Also got mine today  Now I need to find a fast pair of legs.
Zeps Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Just wondering why a 'hacker' like myself would take a 'full' racing license any benefit?
Guest agteros Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Also got mine today  Now I need to find a fast pair of legs. those tend to be found on the other side of much training. Not sure where that is exactly
Guest agteros Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Just wondering why a 'hacker' like myself would take a 'full' racing license any benefit? Cat 2-4 groups? top 600? We'd never know until you start doing races

You would then be placed in a Category to compete with others that have a similar ability to yours. Now you will be placed with slowpokes like me and you wont be challenged. When is your 1st race ?
Cyclewizz Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 those tend to be found on the other side of much training. Not sure where that is exactly I think Trubie knows, I'll ask him. BTW I also need some clean sinus canals & a big set of lungs.
