How were everybody's rides this weekend ?

I did just over 7hrs and just over 200km, this weekend.

Included in there is a 20min TT, were I really suffered.

Next weekend I'll try to race, hopefully this time I'll actually do the race.

@ MDW  Well done young man. As you can see someof us are highly compressed with your IM result.

@ Kid, no wonder you're becoming such a racing snake. 200 km for the weekend is't bad. Not great, but not bad. ;)

@ Big S. :o That is not the way to ride bikes. You told me yourself to keep the rubber side down and stay in the saddle.

I had a nice relaxing weekend. Cleaned the bike, cleaned the chain, and had some good R and R. Oh and a good business meeting again on Sat Morning. Well worth the effort.

Busy week leading into monthend, so I will be on leave from the hub for the remainder of the week.

Later dudes. Have a yourselves a great one.

No worries gents my 'superficial' injuries are not unknown to mountain biking .....

Fortunately I was able to go out for a hard 55k MTB yesterday with no issues

You are awfully skimpy on details there BigS... Could it be that it was mostly (bicycle) operator error?

maybe the MTB'ers must take their riding a litle more serious??

LOL

Touche mate :D :D :D :D
