I can also think up a few kuk excuses to abandon tomorrow AM ride. Get on the bike, ride, suck up the pain, it gets better. I'm not sure when, but it gets better. (Pst, Spaso, if you need to slow down a bit, I'll have a half-way decent kuk excuse to ducK Nuwbies whip.)

Rode past / through your hood yesterday arvie. Did that Lido hill Columbine, Klipriver route. Klapped two minutes off my PB on that one. Will most probably be out and about in the AM. Have reconfirmed my booking for ward E at the Mulbarton, I'll be able to ride straight in to the hozzie without having to check in, much quicker to get to the heart machine that way. Was sure that I saw a post from you (in my inbox) that you'd been playing polo polo polo and the legs were shot??? Congrats on the PB, I normally only get back from the office (Sandton) later on in the evening so wouldn't have seen you on the tar

GO was trying to tell me how they teach you to fall when you do track racing. That instantly killedany notions I may have been harbouring to begin track racing. Falling is not for me. Bones are too old and tar is too hard. I fell plenty as a lad and not looking forwardto that day that I will most prob'ly / inevitably moer of my ride. Ok' think it's time to retire the bike.
