Up Size to 180 Rotor

Can I use a Shimano adapter block to accommodate a 180  Rotor on the front shock if I have Avid Juicy 5 brakes or must I get an avid specific adaptor? <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
