My computer has been calibrated but am not sure if i have done it exactly

My wheels are 26 x 2.10

any idea of the exact mm i must put in?

At the moment i have it set at 2074mm

 

Any ideas?Wink

2074 is what i measured

so i guess its right then

According to the avg. Cateye manual that tyre should be 2068mm. If you measure you need to mark a start point on the floor then complete 1 rotation and measure the distance travelled. The rolling circumference differs from the actual circumference due to the buldge at the bottom of the tyre under weight.

This method is normally easier said than done and there is almost always room for error.

That is about a 0,2% error. I would keep the setting at 2074. As the tyre tread wears down the circumferance of the tyre will get smaller, thereby reducing the margin of error even more.
