You will also get your flask free on the side of it which takes about 3.5 whasp gels servings in it. The pepto pro one we think should retail for around R192.00 for 12 servings and incl the flask. The other gels should be around R R125.00 for 12 servings and incl the flask. Also watch this space for a SWISS CHOCOLATE PEPTO PRO GEL

Pornstar Posted January 6, 2009 Author Posted January 6, 2009 Hi No gel will really work for you, Hammer claim to be friendly for diabetics..i guess the best way is to test sugar level, take gel and test again in 10min to see how it affects you as everybody is different... Yes should be done by then, fingers crossed...
ChrisH Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Any idea of the pricing, compared to Hammer fo instance. I find the Hammer gel works very well but the price has gone up dramatically in the last few Months.
