This is very heavy:

Giant TCR Advance Team 2008 (Small) ISP1245
Fork 340

Small frames should be under a kg at least and don't have to be expensive either (look at planet-x or token frames). Ritchey and Easton make forks well under 300 grams, so you could cut a whopping 400grams in total on the frame and fork.

Also, full carbon saddles are available at round about 85grams, you may wanna consider a change there as well.

But hey, you have some awesome kit there, I would be happy with a bike under 7 kgsBig%20smile

Not so heavy if you consider it comes with it's own built in seatpost (ISP!).  What other ISP frame can rival that weight, or what frame/seatpost combi is near that?

Under 6kg's you are looking at R130k bike.

What you can do:

Easton EC90 SLX  =  300g

KCNC Handlebar & Stem  - Lighter than most carbon bits but a third of the price. Or TEK will also do the trick.

DT Swiss 1250 Wheelset = A zillion rands but light, fast, smooth and light. Did I say they're light?

The Giant frame is a ISP and the seat post and fork steerer must still be cut. The reason i am going for a giant is because the frame a stiff and will still be rideable even though its will be very light.

yes but real weight weenie bikes are complete as you would ride them. Look at the new Speedplay at about 68g a pedal.

?

?

Problem with Speedplay is it's the worlds lightest pedal but the heaviest cleat! Great to make the bike light but the same as the rest when you on board your bike!
